Sober Adventures MEXICO Trip itinerary »
Saturday Oct 10th – Sunday Oct 18th, 2009. This includes Columbus Day, a national holiday.

WHAT IS SOBER TRAVEL AND IS IT FOR ME?
We here at World Wide Sober Adventures provide a safe and nurturing environment in which to travel. We cater specifically to you: someone in sobriety who is apprehensive about traveling but yet adventurous and curious to explore the world. In the past, maybe your addiction prevented you from traveling — but now, with people who have been through similar struggles, you can experience a new country and culture while maintaining your sobriety.

We respect and admire your conviction to remain sober. Do not let your sobriety prevent you from your freedom to travel.

Worldwide Sober Adventures is committed to supporting people who have chosen to stop abusing. All trips are alcohol and drug free, and we stay in private resorts that will not serve alcohol during our stay. We ask that all guests respect the zero-tolerance policy.

The company will offer a range of 5-10 day trips for people who do not drink alcohol or take drugs. Group sizes will be small, ensuring that guests committed to recovery are cared for and that each itinerary provides unique experiences, with a blend of cultural, physical and nature elements.

Participants are required to have 90 days of sobriety. Although these are sober trips, spouses and children are welcome and encouraged as long as they accept the no alcohol/drugs policy.

WHERE TO YOU TRAVEL TO?
We will travel around the world, but for the 2009 trips we've decided to "stay close to home." Itineraries include:
